What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone, the kind of case, your language and your message. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

Only to answer you and, if you hire us, to work on your case. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a reasonable time. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to office@ybarralaw.com or calling (407) 555-0147.
