Dariela Ybarra
Founding attorney
Criminal defense for DUI, drug and theft charges, in English and Spanish.
Dariela grew up in Buenaventura Lakes, translating at her parents’ appointments from the age of nine. She spent her first years as a lawyer in a public defender’s office, where she learned that most people charged with a crime are not criminals: they are people having the worst week of their lives.
She opened Ybarra Law to give those people a lawyer who answers the phone, says the price out loud, and explains every step in the language they think in.

Why she answers at 2 a.m.
The first hours after an arrest decide more than people think: what gets said, who gets called, whether a license deadline slips by. Dariela keeps the firm’s phone answered around the clock so nobody spends that night guessing.
Outside the office she teaches a know-your-rights class in Spanish at community centers in Osceola County.
